Admission

Admission Details

The school admits students at different levels depending upon availability of seats.

1. The new academic session commences from 1st week of April every year. Name of those students seeking admission to the school are registered after completion and symbolization of prescribed registration –cum-admission form.

2. School takes the admission on the first come-first serve basis without any discrimination of gender/caste/religion or financial status.

3. Admission of children in the school from class L.K.G to 10th will be taken through a small written admission test to judge child’s previous knowledge.

4. Admission is subject to availability of seats, pervious school reports and marks in written admission test.

5. Prospectus together with the registration cum-admission form is available every year from of January at the school counter.


SCHOOL FEE RULES


1. Fee is charged for twelve months in every year academic year.

2. 10th of every month is the last date (if not holiday) for depositing the school fee.

3. Name of the student is struck off from school rolls if fee is not paid for two months continuously. Such students will have to pay a fine of Rs.450.00 along with all the school dues for Re-admission.

4. The payment of fee through cheque is not acceptable.(NEFT / Google Pay / UPI is acceptable)

5. Fee for the months of May and June are to be paid at the time of admission.

6. The school authorities are not responsible for loss of fee money if paid to rickshaw puller, driver or any other unauthorized person or place. The fee is deposited at the fee counter only.

7. Non- payment of fees may debar a pupil appearing in the test and examinations.

8. Report card and transfer certificate will not be issued till all the dues of the school are cleared /paid.


PROMOTION AND HOME EXAMINATION


1. Promoting of the student in next higher classes depends upon the periodical assessment text, Formative Assessment, unit tests and Terminal examinations conducted during the session.

2. For promotion minimum marks 33% in each subject and aggregate 40 % marks are essential.

3. If the attendance of any students is less than 75% of the total working days and all dues are not paid, the students will not allowed to appear at the annual examination.


WITHDRAWAL


1. A children can be withdrawal at the end of an academic year on a written consent of the parent.

2. It should rated that students will clear all types of dues before depositing the withdrawal form.

3. The transfer certificate (T.C) will be issued after the 7 days from the date of deposing withdrawal from.

4. Duplicate transfer certificate (T.C) is not issued without the prior permission of Concerned Department.
